Cooking Classes

     A local Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey Troop attended class with Chef Heinrich Aichem.  The girls worked with Chef to create a meal of Cucumber Salad, Potato Pancakes, Glazed Carrots, Chicken Schnitzel and Apple Strudel.
