   Heinz Aichem is Chef/Proprietor.  Heiner Aichem, his son, is Chef de Cuisine.   Heinz’s two grandsons, Heinrich Aichem and Hans-Martin Aichem have both followed their father Heiner in the professional kitchen as Commis Tournant.
